本プライバシーポリシーは、「JPI設備維持管理士 学習アプリ」（以下「本アプリ」）における、 利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

• デバイスID（広告識別子等）
  広告配信および広告の最適化のために使用されます。
• 購入履歴
  アプリ内課金（プレミアム機能）の提供および購入状態の確認のために使用されます。
  なお、クレジットカード番号等の支払い情報は Apple / Google により処理され、 開発者が直接取得・保持することはありません。

• 広告の表示、配信および最適化
• アプリ内課金機能の提供および購入状態の確認

本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。

• Google AdMob（広告配信）
• Supabase（学習問題データの配信および管理）

4. トラッキング（App Tracking Transparency）について

本アプリは、広告の最適化のためにトラッキングを行う場合があります。
iOSでは、トラッキングを行う際にシステムの許可ダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）が表示されます。
ユーザーがトラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリの主要な学習機能は引き続き利用できます。

5. オフライン利用について

通信状況によっては、問題データの取得に失敗する場合があります。
その場合でも、本アプリは端末内に保存された問題を使用して学習を継続できるよう設計されています。

6. 情報の第三者提供

本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、広告配信およびサービス提供に必要な範囲で、外部サービス提供者に情報が送信される場合があります。

本アプリは、設備維持管理士資格の学習を支援する目的で作成された非公式アプリです。
本アプリは、公益社団法人石油学会（The Japan Petroleum Institute）、一般社団法人日本プラントメンテナンス協会、 その他いかなる関連団体とも提携・後援・承認等の関係はありません。

This Privacy Policy explains how the app “JPI Maintenance Management Study App” (the “App”) handles user information.
